Our Finnish grandparents brewed mushrooms when they couldn't get coffee, unaware that those mushrooms – Chaga – are a powerful, immune-supporting Four Sigmatic food. This inspired us to search for more exhaustively-studied, practically-magic ingredients to add to our daily routines. The result? Organic coffee plus Chaga is chaga-bly delicious and remarkably good at balancing caffeine.

What does Four Sigmatic mean? These are the most nutrient-dense, most studied foods on the planet – only 100 foods fall into this category, and those are the ingredients you'll find in our products. Our coffee, for instance, is infused with four unbelievably calming adaptogen supplements, creating an astoundingly effective, stress-supporting cocktail.

The key is Ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic herb used for centuries in traditional medicine for its stress-reducing, adaptogenic benefits. We've combined this with Eleuthero root (Siberian Ginseng) and Holy Basil (Tulsi) to produce a mind-calming, body-balancing, delicious medium roast coffee.

Each cup also contains 250mg of wild-harvested, organic Chaga – the "King of Mushrooms" known for its incredible immune-supporting effects and antioxidant density. And to keep the caffeine in check, we've paired decaffeinated coffee from Peru with full-strength coffee from Honduras, creating a lower-caffeine blend that's smooth and medium-roast.

This is the vision of our founder, Tero, who grew up in Finland on a family farm that's been around for 13 generations.
